iManage AI Enrichment automatically classifies documents, extracts key information, and enriches them with intelligent metadata, directly within iManage Work Web. Powered by accurate AI models, it classifies documents and enriches those identified as agreements by extracting and storing key details, such as governing law or parties involved.

This enhances document management by improving search accuracy, simplifying organization, and streamlining workflows, all without requiring any manual input.

iManage AI Enrichment also helps users quickly find relevant content, manage knowledge more effectively, and maintain compliance with security and regulatory policies. Running silently in the background, it enriches documents as they are added or edited, allowing users to stay focused on their work.

From an administrative perspective, iManage AI Enrichment operates as a back-end service that analyzes document content stored in iManage Work and applies standardized classification and enrichment metadata.

For supported document types with at least 80% English-language content, the service automatically assigns one of three document categories: Agreement, Court Document, or Undetermined. For documents classified as an Agreement, the service next identifies the agreement’s specific sub-type, then attempts to populate other key values such as Jurisdiction and Governing Law.

Administrators configure and manage iManage AI Enrichment through the iManage AI Enrichment application in iManage Control Center.
