Assigning user to library

  1. From the Users drop-down list, choose Library-level management .

  2. Select images/download/thumbnails/61279413/Screen_Shot_2019-05-07_at_11.32.38_AM.png . The Assign User to Library dialog box appears:

  3. Enter the following user information:

    Field

    Description

    Photo

    Upload a photo.

    Full Name* (Mandatory)

    Enter the user's full name.

    User ID

    Enter the user ID

    Email

    Enter user's email address. For example, work@example.com. Ensure you enter the correct domain.

    Location

    Enter user's location. For example, Chicago.

    Role

    Choose a user role from the drop-down list.

    Preferred Library

    Choose the default library used by the user.

    Add to other Libraries

    The library is always set to the user's preferred library. To change the library, select this option.

  4. Select Assign. The user is assigned to the selected library.
