From the Users drop-down list, choose Library-level management .
Select . The Assign User to Library dialog box appears:

Enter the following user information:
Upload a photo.
Full Name* (Mandatory)
Enter the user's full name.
Enter the user ID
Enter user's email address. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org. Ensure you enter the correct domain.
Enter user's location. For example, Chicago.
Choose a user role from the drop-down list.
Choose the default library used by the user.
Add to other Libraries
The library is always set to the user's preferred library. To change the library, select this option.
Select Assign. The user is assigned to the selected library.
