iManage Control Center (iCC) is a centralized control system that provides management and administration services for iManage Work system.
The scope of the administrative activities that iManage Work system administrators can perform depends upon the role they are assigned to. For example, an NRTAdmin, who has the widest scope of iManage system administrators, has access to all the iManage Control Center features and can perform most of the actions. The Tier 1 iManage Work system administrators, whose scope is specific to assisting users, can see only the controls they are granted, and are not able to make as many changes as an NRTAdmin. Similarly, the iManage Work users, who are not assigned with any system administrators privileges, cannot access iManage Control Center features, and therefore, cannot make any changes.
