Container type details

The Containers by Type tile shows the number of iManage Work containers in your system. It includes data from all iManage Work libraries and displays the following details about these objects:

• The date the data was last updated

• A donut chart that breaks down the content into segments for the following container type categories:

  • Folders

  • Workspaces

  • Templates

• A legend that shows the amount of storage used for each category

An example of the Containers by Type tile is shown in the figure below.

In the Containers by Type tile, you can:

• Filter the container type categories shown in the donut chart

• Hover over a segment in the donut chart to see more details about a container type category

• Open another page to view a more detailed report about your container types

Filter container type categories

To filter the container type categories shown in the donut chart, select a category from the legend in the Containers by Type tile. In the example below, the Workspaces category has been removed from the donut chart.

See more details about a category

To see more details about a container type category, hover over the corresponding segment in the donut chart of the Containers by Type tile. In the example below, a pop-up dialog shows the number of containers and the percentage of total containers for the Workspaces category.

View a more detailed report

To open a page that displays more details about your container types, select the icon in the Containers by Type tile. For more information, refer to Containers by Type Over Time report details.
