If iManage File Transfer doesn't open or upload or save files, you can disable and enable the extension to troubleshoot the issue. To disable and then enable the extension, do the following:

Google Chrome

  1. Select Customize and Control Google Chrome settings_chrome.png and then select Extensions > Manage Extensions.
    Alternatively, select the Extensions extension_chrome.png shortcut in the browser and then select Manage Extensions from the drop-down list.

  2. On the Extensions page, select the slider file_new.png to the left to the disable to plug-in and then to the slide it to the right to enable it again.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Select Settings and more edge_settings.png and then select Extensions.

  2. In the Extensions shortcut in Microsoft Edge, select More actions edge_settings.png next to the iManage File Transfer extension and then select Manage Extension.
    Alternatively, select Manage Extensions from the Extensions shortcut.

  3. On the Extensions page, select the slider file_new_02.png to the left to the disable to plug-in and then to the slide it to the right to enable it again.
