When the iManage Insight+ Admin and iManage Insight+ applications are added to the iManage Control Center, they're enabled by default, implying that the users can access the applications. Both of these applications are listed on the Applications page in iManage Control Center.
If you’re assigned a global management role with App Management privileges, you can disable and enable the applications. Disabling an application makes it unavailable to users, and they won't be able to access that application.
To enable or disable an application in iManage Control Center:
In the iManage Control Center home page, select SETTINGS > Applications. The list of added applications is displayed in the content pane.
Search for iManage Insight+ or iManage Insight+ Admin using the search field or go to the application using the Previous and Next buttons.
Select the check box next to the application, then select Disable Application or Enable Application. The option to disable or enable are displayed based on the current state of the application.
