Connector (Schedule)

Triggers the flow at regular, customized time intervals. Use this to set the notification schedule.

In the current template case, recurrence is set to all weekdays.

Connector (Variable)

Sets the Knowledge Library ID. The Search knowledge document action uses this ID to fetch documents for review date filtering.

Notifications will be scoped to the documents belonging to the knowledge library specified here.

Identifies knowledge documents due for review within the number of days configured in the Value field (default is 14 days).
