IRM Desktop Client for Records Managers: The IRM Desktop Client for Records Managers is used for working with the physical and electronic records in your organization. The IRM Desktop Client for Records Managers users can:
Build the file plan by creating new records and containers (file parts, boxes, and so on)
Search for and request records
Create and manage retention policy
Create and manage locations in your organization
Generate detailed reports and labels based on the information contained in your records library
Cutoff records
Close records
Relate records

Barcode Scanner Operations application: This powerful software utility enables file clerks and records managers to quickly manage the circulation of records. Users can check out file parts and boxes to fulfill requests, check records back into the system, manage the location of records, perform routine inventory checks, and mark records as archived or destroyed.

Portable Barcode Scanner: The IRM scanner software enables file clerks to manage the circulation of records directly from a portable barcode scanner. File clerks can quickly perform circulation functions at any location and on any record or container using the barcodes assigned, eliminating the common shortfalls and problems with manual data entry. After information has been gathered, data from the handheld scanner can be transmitted directly to the IRM server.

IRM Desktop Client for Users: The IRM Desktop Client for Users enables DeskSite and FileSite users to access records in the IRM library. The IRM Desktop Client for Users can be accessed as a stand-alone application and can also be used as a part of the existing IRM Desktop Client for Records Managers. The functions are similar to the IRM Desktop Client for Records Managers, limited only by the licenses and privileges assigned to the user. It provides the following subset of features found in the IRM Desktop Client for Records Managers:
Search for records
Create Boxes
Request records
Transferring records
View checked-out records for a specific user
View requested records for a specific user
Create file parts
Generate reports and labels and print them
Move records

IRM Application Designer: The IRM Application Designer lets you create, modify, or customize forms, reports, captions, images, icons, and views that are used by the IRM Desktop Client for Records Managers and IRM Desktop Client for Users.

IRM Data Loader: This command-line tool helps administrators to load information to the IRM server from other records repositories, add modifications or incremental changes, and update the status of existing items.

IRM Web Client: iManage Records Manager integrates with iManage Work to give attorneys a fully integrated and consistent user experience on client-matter material, both electronic and physical, on any device and from anywhere. From a modern web-based interface, the professional will have access to physical matter material, records that are checked out to that user, records that require label reprinting, records that are requested, and a range of automatically updated charts for delivery requests, label queues, checked out records and boxes; and will be able to perform operations, such as adding a new file part, requesting delivery of an existing file part, queuing a file part for label reprinting, reassigning a file part to another user, updating the profile of an existing file part, create custom charts on the Dashboard to view status of key items as well daily activities and work lists, and generate reports.
