To install or upgrade IRM Data Loader:

1. Download and unzip the installation package to a temporary folder on your device. Double-click Setup IRM Data Loader.exe.

2. Read the license agreement and if you agree to the terms, select I agree to the license terms and conditions.

3. The installer automatically creates and installs the files to the following path:
   C:\Program Files(x86)\iManage\Records Manager\Data Loader\

   To choose a different installation folder, select Options.

4. To complete the installation, select Install.

5. When the installer completes successfully, select Close.
