Start Application Designer and sign in to the Records Manager server. By default, Forms Designer opens. If you're in Reports Designer or Views Designer, select Forms in the Navigation Pane of Application Designer.

The components and forms are loaded under the All Forms pane. For more information about how to open a form in Forms Designer, refer to Opening a Form.
