You can add custom images or icons using Application Designer and publish the changes to the server. The Records Manager client applications will display the custom images in all the relevant places.
In Application Designer, select Configuration.
In the Configuration pane, select the Images node.
Select Add.
In the Add Image dialog, enter an ID for the new image and specify the path where the image is stored. You can also use the Browse button to browse and locate the image file.
NOTE:
For best results, images should be created with the same dimensions that'll be used when they’re displayed. For example, icon images for Media Type properties should be 16x16 pixels. Automatic scaling can degrade image quality.
Images must be one of the following formats: PNG, BMP, ICO, or GIF.
Select OK. The new image and the ID are displayed at the end of the existing list.
Select Close. This saves the changes to the draft data model on the Records Manager server.
