In the Records Manager client application, you can export label formats as XML files. These XML files can be used by external label printing applications.
The Manage Export Formats tab in Application Designer helps you to manage the fields or properties that you want exported for printing labels, to an XML file. Only file labels and box labels fields are supported for export through the label printing mechanism.
To manage export formats:
In Application Designer, select Configuration.
In the Configuration pane, select the Report Settings node.
On the Manage Export Formats tab, select the File Labels or Box Labels report format.
To add or remove the fields for export, select Add or Remove.
Select Close. This saves the changes to the draft data model on the Records Manager server.
