The Preview pane is divided into tabs that display information about the item selected in the List pane. The tabs available depend on the item selected in the List pane. For example, a Quick View tab is available for electronic records that are filed into the Records Manager file plan. The Quick View tab displays a read-only image of the document selected in the List pane, and enables you to view the document without leaving the Records Manager user interface.
