Each time you perform a search, the application saves the search criteria and lists the search under the Recent Searches node in the Searches and Reports pane. The search is named and grouped according to the type of search and includes any relevant search criteria in brackets.

Recent searches are cleared when you exit the application. To save the search so that you can perform it at any time, refer to Saving Searches.
