The Search bar helps to perform text searches and criteria-based searches directly from the main interface.

The Client ID, Matter ID, File Part, and Box fields help you to efficiently browse the file plan. For example, to browse to a matter and view its contents, in the Matter ID field, enter the matter ID. Alternatively, select the  icon and then select the matter. The application navigates to the matter and displays its contents in the List pane.

You can search for a combined Client ID and Matter ID if you know both values by entering them together. To do this, in either the Client ID or Matter ID field, enter the values separated by a period. For example, the value 107822.4800 would look up client ID 107822 and matter ID 4800 within that client.

The global filtering feature helps you to lock specific criteria, and use them as global filters when searching for and browsing content. In this way, you work only with relevant information that matches your filters.
