1. Hover over the desired folder and select the Delete.pngicon. (Optional) Right-click the folder you want to delete and select Move to Trash.
    The folder is deleted from the Company View screen and sent to the Trash folder.

NOTE:
You can delete only Private folders. If a user with Co-Owner access deletes the primary folder and its contents, they are moved to the Owner's Trash folder and only the Owner of the folder can restore them.

To permanently delete a folder from iManage Share:

  1. On the Home page, select Trash to view the contents.

  2. Hover over the desired folder and select the DeleteMark.png icon. (Optional) Right-click the folder you want to delete and select Permanently Delete.
    The selected folder is deleted from iManage Share.

CAUTION:
Deleting content from Trash removes it from iManage Share, and cannot be recovered.
