1. Select the Drop-down-blue.png icon next to your name at the top.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. On the Groups tab, Select the Drop-down-blue.png icon next to the user group that you want to disable, enable, or delete. (Optional) You can also right-click the user group, or open it to view the Group Name screen. 

The following options are available:

  • DeleteMark.png Delete : removes the user group from iManage Share. 

  • Suspend.png Disable : disables the user group.

  • Enable.png Enable : enables the user group if it was disabled.

NOTE:

 Deleting or disabling user groups on iManage Share does not delete or disable the user accounts that are part of those groups.
