You can move or copy a single document or multiple documents from one location to another on iManage Share.

Moving a Document

  1. Hover over a document and select the Moveicon.webp icon. (Optional) Right-click the document and select Moveicon.webp Move, or open the document and selectKebabMenu.webp> Moveicon.webp Move.
    The Choose Target Folder screen is displayed.

  2. Select the destination folder where you want to move your document and select Move.

Your document is moved to the new location.

NOTE:

Only a user with Owner or Co-Owner access can move a document to a different folder. You cannot move the documents owned by users outside your company.

Copying a Document

  1. Hover over a document and select the Copyicon.webp icon. (Optional) Right-click the document and select Copyicon.webp Copy, or open the document and select KebabMenu.webpCopyicon.webp Copy.
    The Choose Target Folder screen is displayed.

  2. Select the destination folder where you want to copy your document.

  3. Select Copy.

Document is copied to the new location.
