There are a number icons used by SPM to represent the status of users or groups in a client group.

Users who are yet to acknowledge the security memo are represented with the following icon: .

Users whose acknowledgement has not yet been verified (when this is required) are represented with the following icon: .

Users who are assigned the 'Floating user' role are represented with the following icon: .

Users who are assistants to timekeepers are represented with the following icon: .

Users on matter staffing who are not part of the client group staffing are represented with the following icon: .

User in conflict with the client group as a conflicted user or by virtue of being on an opposing team set are represented by the following icon: . Where a banner advising of Excluded Users is displayed, selecting this indicator shows the details of why that user is excluded from the asset, and provides links to the applicable items.

Users who have time limited access to the client group are represented with the following icon: . Hovering the mouse over the icon displays the period till which the user has access has access to the asset. It helps you decide if you want to extend user's access to asset.
