You may want to remove a case from iManage Security Policy Manager if you had registered the case in iManage Security Policy Manager erroneously. 

You cannot remove a case if there are matters associated with that case in iManage Security Policy Manager. You must remove the matters first and then remove the case. 

Likewise, you cannot remove a case that is under an active hold.

  1. Click Cases.
    The Cases dashboard with the list of cases appears.
  2. On the Cases dashboard, click anywhere on the row of the case you want to remove from iManage Security Policy Manager.
    The Matters page appears.
  3. Click   > Delete Case. A dialog box appears asking you to confirm your action.
  4. Click Yes. The case is now removed from iManage Security Policy Manager and you can no longer access the case in this application.
