You may want to remove a case from iManage Security Policy Manager if you had registered the case in iManage Security Policy Manager erroneously.
You cannot remove a case if there are matters associated with that case in iManage Security Policy Manager. You must remove the matters first and then remove the case.
Likewise, you cannot remove a case that is under an active hold.
- Click Cases.
The Cases dashboard with the list of cases appears. - On the Cases dashboard, click anywhere on the row of the case you want to remove from iManage Security Policy Manager.
The Matters page appears. - Click > Delete Case. A dialog box appears asking you to confirm your action.
- Click Yes. The case is now removed from iManage Security Policy Manager and you can no longer access the case in this application.
