You may want to remove a client group from iManage Security Policy Manager if you had registered the client group in iManage Security Policy Manager erroneously. 

You cannot remove a client if there are clients and matters associated with that client group in iManage Security Policy Manager. You must remove the clients and matters first and then remove the client group. 

Likewise, you cannot remove a client group that is under an active hold.

  1. Select Clients in the navigation bar.
    The Clients dashboard with the list of clients / client groups appears.
  2. On the Clients dashboard, click anywhere on the row of the client group you want to remove from iManage Security Policy Manager.
    The Matters page appears.
  3. Click   > Delete Client Group. A dialog box appears asking you to confirm your action.
  4. Click Yes. The client group is now removed from iManage Security Policy Manager and you can no longer access the client group in this application.
