To improve iManage Drive for Mac performance, we recommend that add iManage Finder Sync under Exclusions of Microsoft Defender by doing the following:
Open the Defender for Endpoint application and navigate to Manage settings > Add or Remove Exclusion...,
Select Manage Finder Sync and follow the prompts.
