NOTE:
Timeline entries for offline actions are added after syncing occurs when online, but if multiple actions are performed on the same file, then only the last action is recorded as a single event. The timestamp is always when iManage Drive is back online.
If you try to perform an action on a file that is a stub (not yet downloaded to iManage Drive), the file is downloaded automatically and an entry for the download is also displayed in the Timeline.
The Timeline entries mentioned here could vary slightly depending on the iManage Work Server version and whether the server is on-premises or cloud.
Copying, moving, or deleting an entire folder leads to similar audit entries being displayed for every file in the folder.
Depending on the version of the iManage Work Server that you are connected to, the Downloaded or Offline Download entry may appear each time you directly download a file or when it is downloaded automatically when you open or perform other actions on the file stub.
