From iManage Drive 10.12.0 onward, you can now use screen-reading tools like JAWS or Narrator to read the various options available in iManage Drive panel. With the screen reading tools turned on, when you hover over the icons on iManage Drive panel, the screen reading tools reads the tool tip that is displayed. For example, if user hovers over the What’s new icon, the screen reading tools reads what’s new button.

Additionally, you can also use the TAB key and arrow keys to navigate through the iManage Drive panel. You can press Shift+TAB to move backwards on the iManage Drive panel. Selecting Space opens that option that is highlighted. You also use the TAB, Shift+TAB, and Space keys to navigate through and select workspaces and folders to be synced and unsynced in the sync dialog.

When your administrators have set the shortcuts_enabled admin setting to true, you can use CTRL+ALT+M to open or close the workspaces sync and unsync workspaces dialog and CTRL+ALT+P to open or close iManag Drive panel.

However, for other shortcut keys listed in the following table, your administrator has set the associated admin settings to true in the admin_settings.yaml file, you can use the keyboard shortcuts to perform the following iManage Drive-related actions.
