Sometimes, the overlay icons for the iManage Drive content in your computer may not be displayed if other shell overlay icons are listed in an alphabetical order before the iManage Drive icons in the following registry setting:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers

The name of the iManage Drive icon overlays are iManageDrive1, iManageDrive2, iManageDrive3, iManageDrive4, iManageDrive5, and iManageDrive6. Another icon overlay is listed before them, as shown in the following figure, with the EnhancedStorageShell icon appearing first.

You must rename iManageDrive1iManageDrive2iManageDrive3, iManageDrive4, iManageDrive5, and iManageDrive6 by adding blank spaces before these names. This ensures that iManage Drive overlay icons appear first in the list as shown in the following figure.

However, if the overlay icons are still broken or missing, perform the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Open Task Manager and end all the instances of file explorer in the the Details tab.

  2. In Task Manager, open File > Run new task. Enter explorer and then select OK to restart File Explorer.

  3. Open Registry Editor and then navigate to the following registry setting:  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers

  4. Verify if iManageDrive1iManageDrive2iManageDrive3, iManageDrive4, iManageDrive5, and iManageDrive6 appear first in the list. If it doesn't appear first in the list, then reinstall iManage Drive.
