The sync issues dialog box notifies users when the files they interact with aren't synced to iManage Work for a period exceeding 24 hours, by default. You can change the default settings for this feature by configuring the time_before_alerting_sync_issues
option in the admin_settings.yaml file.
The time_before_alerting_sync_issues
setting lets you set a time after which a dialog box is displayed to the users indicating that iManage Drive isn't synced and there are items that require attention in the iManage Drive Outbox. When set, the following prompt is displayed to the users.
To display the Outbox tab in iManage Drive, select Review Outbox.
