Cleaning up previous versions of iManage Drive

From iManage Drive 10.11.0 onward, when you install a new version of iManage Drive, the previous versions of the application are automatically uninstalled from the user’s device.

However, if the previous versions of iManage Drive aren't uninstalled, run the following command to remove them: iManageDriveConsole.exe "uninstall_previous_versions"

Accessing installation logs

iManage Drive creates log files in %TEMP%. The log file will have the following name: imanagedrive_v{version}_{date}_{time}.log.

Use the information provided in the log file to troubleshoot your installation issues.
