To clean up additional installs of iManage Drive that can’t be removed, do the following:

  1. In the Run dialog, enter regedit and then press Enter. Additionally, you can also enter regedit in the Start menu to open the Windows registry.

  2. Browse to the following location: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

  3. Search for system component in iManage Drive installs and remove this value.

  4. Repeat the above steps until you no longer find the system component value.

  5. Browse to Programs and Features in Control Panel.

  6. Uninstall all the older versions of iManage Drive.

  7. Browse to C:\Program Files\iManage\Drive and check for any older versions of iManage Drive. Move these folders to C:\Program Files\iManage\Drive\old_versions.

NOTE: Create the old_versions directory if you can’t find one.
