Earlier available through Coming Soon<\/strong>, the Tree view will be the default view henceforth for users in iManage Work and iManage Work panel for Microsoft Outlook.<\/span><\/p>\n

Move folders using the context or kebab menu<\/h1>\n

Re-organize your folder structure by relocating folders, search folders and folder shortcuts using the context or kebab menu. Subfolders, document and emails contained in a folder move along with the parent folder when relocated. Moving a search folder does not affect the search criteria based on which the search folder was saved.<\/p>\n

Move one category into another category located within the My Matters<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0My Favorites<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Create document folder shortcuts using the context or kebab menu<\/h1>\n

Create a document shortcut to a document folder to another workspace or tab located within the same database or a different database.

\nNOTE<\/strong>: Creation of document shortcuts is only possible if your configuration allows objects to be created at the root level of the workspace.<\/p>\n

Move shortcuts using the context or kebab menu<\/h1>\n

Move workspace shortcuts, document shortcuts and folder shortcuts from one location to the other.

Enhanced document deletion workflow<\/h1>\n

Delete documents from a folder using the context or kebab menu. The options available to users to delete the document varies based on the number of versions and references a document possesses such as:
\n– Document with single version and no reference
\n– Document with multiple versions and no references
\n– Document with single version and references in multiple locations
\n– Document with multiple versions and references in multiple locations
\n– Multiple documents with multiple references

Enhanced administrative configurations in iManage Control Center<\/h1>\n

Define default title click behavior for documents:
\nOpen in Protected View<\/em><\/strong> option to open Microsoft Office documents in protected view to prevent users from accidentally leaving documents in a checked-out state.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Unified Delete menu option in iManage Control Center:<\/strong>
\nThe explicit <\/span>Delete Shortcut<\/strong><\/em> menu is now removed from iManage Control Center. As a result, the <\/span>Delete<\/strong><\/em> option is now context sensitive and appears in the context menu for\u00a0documents, emails and folders whereas the <\/span>Delete Shortcut<\/strong><\/em> option appears for document, email and folder shortcuts when Delete option is included in the respective context menus.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ability to perform multiple operations in the tree using Drag-and-Drop<\/span><\/h1>\n

Expand and browse tree nodes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Drag items from the center panel, hover over the tree to expand the nodes and drop the items where a container is highlighted by a blue outline.
