You can:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\">\n<li>select the workspace, folder, document, or email they want to sync, and then select \u00a0<strong>Sync &amp; Open in File Explorer<\/strong> in the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-847\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.imanage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2023-03-06-at-10.06.34-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"26\" height=\"50\" \/> kebab menu.<\/li>\n<li>select multiple workspaces and then select <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-848 \" src=\"https:\/\/docs.imanage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2023-03-06-at-10.41.27-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"28\" height=\"28\" \/> <strong>Sync\u00a0&amp; Open in File Explorer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If iManage Drive for Mac detects that the selected item hasn\u2019t been synced, then the iManage Drive panel opens and prompts you to confirm the syncing of the selected items. Once the items are synced, Finder opens and you can view the synced items with them highlighted. Contact your administrator for more information.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-869\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.imanage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/WhatsNew_DriveMac.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"539\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Improvements when syncing and unsyncing matters from iManage Drive for Mac panel<\/h2>\n<p>From iManage Drive for Mac 10.9.0 onwards, when you select new matters to sync in the Select Matter to sync dialog box, they&#8217;re listed at the top of the Selected list with the <strong>New<\/strong>\u00a0label. Hence, from now, when you unsync matters from iManage Drive panel from Synced Matters, My Matters, or Recent Matters, you have to select\u00a0<strong>Unsync<\/strong>\u00a0instead of\u00a0<strong>Unlink<\/strong>\u00a0as shown in the following figure. Any items detected as having a sync conflict are now pre-selected in the sync dialog box. Also, the available options to resolve the sync issues are now prominently displayed at the bottom of the dialog box.<\/p>\n<p>Additional wording has also been added to help you to take the most appropriate action.
