By default, the tasks in a checklist are expanded, that is, all tasks and subtasks are visible.
To keep the view focused and to avoid unnecessary scrolling in the All tasks and Incomplete tasks checklist views, you can collapse the parent-level tasks (marked with a gray highlight and have sub-tasks) and expand the tasks to view subtasks or change the task hierarchy. The changes are retained even after you exit the checklist and access it again, and when you sign out of iManage Work and sign in again.
