Checklists in iManage Work are automatically refreshed every five minutes. Select to manually sync and view recent changes, or when prompted to sync after the administrator makes changes to the matter security. Users with Read/write access and above can use this option.

The data in the iManage Tracker panel in Microsoft Outlook is automatically refreshed every five minutes. Select  in the top-right corner to manually refresh the data so that the panel displays the latest information. The icon is displayed next to matters that have new tasks or updates that you may like to view.
