You can send an email to iManage if you have any feedback or suggestions about iManage Tracker or if at all you run into an issue. 

  1. While viewing a tracker, or accessing the Tasks or Matter Tracker tab in iManage Work, select Feedback . An email window addressed to iManage appears.
    It contains details of the web browser, iManage Work version, iManage Tracker version, name of the application page that you're accessing, customer ID, and so on.
  2. Add the required details and send the email.
