The sample configuration files for customizing iManage Work Desktop for Windows features are available locally in the <Install directory>\iManage\Work10\<build number>/config_samples folder after iManage Work Desktop for Windows is installed.

As an administrator, you can use these files to customize the default settings and then upload them to your iManage Work environment using iManage Control Center to ensure they're available to all users in your organization. 

The config_samples folder consists of the following:

The sample configuration files are also available for download from iManage Help Center. Select the iManage Work Desktop for Windows Sample Integration XML files download link.

NOTE: The iManWork.config and LogConfig.xml files are not included in the download package. These two files are downloaded to the Roaming folder (%AppData%\iManage\Work\Configs) when users connect to iManage Work.

Make the required changes to the default settings in the files per your organization's requirements. Individual users can also optionally modify the files on their device. For more information, see Key use cases.

After customizing these files, upload them to iManage Control Center to ensure that the customizations are available to all users. For more information, see Making configuration files available to users.
