If iManage Email Management for iManage DeskSite or iManage FileSite was previously installed, when first launching Microsoft Outlook after installing iManage Work Desktop for Windows, the Suggestions database can be automatically made compatible with iManage Work Desktop for Windows, if the LegacySuggestionDBFilePath
is configured in the imEMM.config file. This allows users to retain their existing Suggestions History. For more information about this configuration settings, refer to the imEMM.config section in the iManage Work Desktop for Windows Customization Guide.
If the iMANEFSDB.sdf file is present in the LegacySuggestionDBFilePath, the client automatically makes a backup of the file named iMANEFSDB.sdf.backup.
NOTE:
From version 10.9.0 onwards, you can't install iManage Email Management for iManage DeskSite or iManage FileSite with iManage Work Desktop for Windows
