This section contains information about the supported platforms, applications, and prerequisites for iManage Work E-signature.

Supported platforms

E-signature is available to users connecting to iManage Work at cloudimanage.com.

NOTE: E-signature isn’t supported with iManage Work on-premises. It's supported only with iManage Work in the Cloud (cloudimanage.com).

Supported browsers

We suggest that all users in your company use the newest version of the browsers and operating systems that work with these browsers.

We recommend using the latest generally available release version of any of these supported browsers for best performance and user experience. We provide support for these browsers based on each vendor's support policies. For example, if you're using an older version of Google Chrome no longer supported by Google, we won't support that version.

Prerequisites

  • Customers must have their own valid Docusign or Adobe Acrobat Sign accounts. They aren’t provided by iManage.

NOTE: To use iManage Work E-signature with Adobe Acrobat Sign, you need an Acrobat Sign Solutions license. The integration doesn’t work with Acrobat Sign access bundled with Acrobat Pro/Studio plans. For more information, go to https://business.adobe.com/products/sign-solutions.html.

  • An iManage Work account.

  • Level of access needed to the workspaces/folders that contain documents that the user has to send for digital signature.
