This section contains information about the supported platforms, applications, and prerequisites for iManage Work E-signature.

Supported platforms

E-signature is available to users connecting to iManage Work at cloudimanage.com.

NOTE:

E-signature isn’t supported with iManage Work on-premises. It is only supported with iManage Work in the Cloud (cloudimanage.com).

Supported browsers

We suggest that all users in your company use the newest version of the browsers and operating systems that work with these browsers.

  • Google Chrome 106 or later

  • Microsoft Edge 105 or later 

Supported operating systems

  • Microsoft Windows

  • macOS

Prerequisites

  • Customers must have their own valid Docusign accounts. They aren’t provided by iManage.

  • An iManage Work account.

  • Level of access needed to the workspaces/folders that contain documents that the user has to send for digital signature.
