When you install iManage Work Desktop for Windows and iManage Drive on the same device and print a file from iManage Drive, this event is captured in the Timeline as follows:
Created version <number> using iManage Drive
Viewed version <number> using iManage Drive
Printed version <number> using <application name>
When you print a file by right-clicking the file and then selecting Print in iManage Drive, the file opens in the native application and thus allows the Timeline to capture this event.
NOTE: Printing a Microsoft PowerPoint file using the right-click option in iManage Drive doesn't open the file and therefore isn’t captured in the Timeline. You can open the file and and select File > Print to capture the print event in Timeline.
