By default, email conversation threads are grouped together and indicated by the double-chevron and the "This email is part of a conversation" message is displayed when you hover your mouse pointer over the icon.
If you prefer to view emails individually in a flat list:
Select settings on the top-right of the iManage Work panel.
Select User Settings, and clear the Show conversation views for emails and their replies check box.
NOTE: Viewing email conversation threads isn’t available when connecting to iManage Work at cloudimanage.com. It is planned for a future update.
