iManage Work 10.2 and later offers Inbox filer support. The user’s entire mailbox except for the Sent Items folder is monitored for replies to emails they have received from external recipients. Where the original email sent was filed using Send and File, all responses are automatically filed to the same location, and a green checkmark is added to indicate that the reply is filed.

NOTES:

  • Inbox filer is not supported for Microsoft Outlook delegates. If enabled in a delegate’s inbox, the inbox owner will be listed as the person who filed the email.

  • It is expected that the emails would get filed by the Sent Item Filer (ClientSideSendAndFile) due to the Luggage Tag.
