Unlinking folders

You can unlink the folders that you linked by doing the following:

  1. Right-click the folder to be unlinked and select Linked to iManage > Unlink from iManage. The Delete Folder Link dialog box appears.

  2. (Optional) If you want to unlink the subfolders, select the Remove links for subfolder checkbox.

    NOTE:

The Remove links for sub folders check box may not be displayed in some instances even though sub folders are available. This is because at times Microsoft Outlook may not return the sub folder information in a shared mailbox. This is a limitation with Microsoft Outlook.

  3. Select OK. The folder is unlinked and the suffix [Work] is removed from the unlinked folder name.

NOTE:

If multiple users have linked a Microsoft Outlook folder in a shared mailbox, then the suffix [Work] is removed when the last user unlinks it.
