1. Open Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel and place the insertion point wherever you add the hyperlink.

  2. Select Services > Insert Hyperlink.

NOTE: The iManage Work options on the Services menu work only if you use the classic Microsoft Outlook view; the options don’t function in new Outlook.

  1. Browse to and select the file for which you want to insert a hyperlink.

  2. Select Insert Latest Version or Insert This Version.

  3. By default, the file name is displayed in the Text to display field. (Optional) Enter the desired text in the field and select OK.
    A hyperlink is inserted. Select it to check out the file and open it in the native application.
