Uploading a new version from Recent Documents

  1. In iManage Work, browse to the desired file and select the  icon or right-click the file.

  2. Select  Upload New Version.

  3. In the browse dialog, select a document to upload and then select Choose.

  4. In the Upload New Version dialog:

    1. (Optional) Provide a comment that is useful to you. For example, something that will help you distinguish this version from others.

    2. (Optional) Select the Make it Private check box to make this version visible only to you. 

  5. Select Upload.

Uploading a new version in preview mode

  1. Select a file to preview it.

  2. Select .

  3. In the browse dialog, select a document to upload and then select Choose.

  4. In the Upload New Version dialog:

    1. (Optional) Provide a comment that is useful to you—for example, something that'll help you distinguish this version from others.

    2. (Optional) Select the Make it Private check box to make this version visible only to you. 

  5. Select Upload.

NOTE: You can also upload new versions of documents by using the Upload New Version option for documents in the iManage Work view in the panel in Microsoft Outlook. Select Open Work panel in the iManage Work panel to access the view.
