Downloading documents and emails when preview fails

If a document or email preview does not render as expected (for example, when viewing a very large file), it is now possible to download the original document. For an email, if the preview does not work, it is possible to:

1. Select

   
   Retry to load the document/email again.

2. If the document/email preview does not work, select

   
   Download.
