Using recent searches
The most recent search terms are displayed during search. Select any of them to execute a previous search. As you type, only the search terms matching the characters entered in the search field remain displayed.
To delete a recent search, select X on the right. To delete all recent searches, select Clear Recent Searches.
You only see recent searches for the type of container you are searching. For example, if you are searching documents, you only see recent document searches. If you are searching a folder, you only see recent folder searches.
Recent Advanced Searches
To see a list of recent searches in the Advanced Search, select Recent Searches. The Recent Searches dialog box appears:
The type of search performed is indicated by the following icons:
Search for documents:
Search for emails:
Search for documents and emails:
Search for matters:
Search for folders:
To delete all recent searches, select Clear Recent Searches.
