If you have iManage Work Desktop for Windows installed, from the desktop view, you can copy multiple documents at the same time and paste them into a different folder. 

  1. Select the check boxes to the left of multiple documents in the list. 

  2. Select Copy from the multi-select toolbar that appears at the top of the list.

  3. In the Copy dialog, browse to the destination folder where you want to paste the document.

  4. Select Copy.

When documents are copied and pasted into another folder, both the metadata and the security are copied from the parent destination folder.

NOTE: You can copy documents between two different databases, and also from search results, Latest Documents filters, or the Recent Documents list.
