You can view other users' My Matters and Recent Matters, and give permission for other users to view yours.
In the desktop view:
- Select My Matters or Recent Matters.
At the top of the list, the signed in user name displays with a pull-down menu. - Pull down the menu to see a list of users who have given you permission to view their matters.
- At the bottom of the menu select Show/Hide.
The Show/Hide dialog box appears. - You can change users already in the list to show or hide their matters, or search for new users to add.
- Make your changes and select Save.
In mobile view:
- Select the Matters tab.
- Select My Matters or Recent Matters.
- At the top of the list is My Matters with the logged-in user name and a pull-down menu.
- Pull down the list to view users who have given you access to their matters.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and select Show/Hide Users.
- Select Show for each user whose matters you want to view.
Select Hide for each user whose matters you do not want to view. - To add new users, select the Search bar and enter search text.
- Select Save.
For this feature to work, you should have a preferred database set up for every database you connect to.
