Prerequisites
Customers who have production iManage Cloud accounts with the iManage Work service and an active Ask iManage subscription can enable Ask iManage.
Supported platforms
Ask iManage is developed for deployment with iManage Work at cloudimanage.com.
NOTE:
Ask iManage installation is supported only on cloudimanage.com.
Contact your iManage account representative and ensure that you've subscribed to Ask iManage, and then follow the instructions available in Configuring Ask iManage for cloudimanage.com in iManage Control Center.

NOTE: We recommend using the latest available version of any of these supported browsers for best performance and user experience. iManage provides support for these browsers based on each vendor's support policies.
