After you have validated the answer, select the Good answer or Bad answer 10 Thumbs up and down icons.png icon to give us feedback about how Ask iManage did.

If you select the Bad answer icon, you're presented with a set of preset answers that give us more information about why the answer wasn't acceptable. These options are:

  1. Answer is incorrect

  2. Answer is incomplete

  3. Answer is too short

  4. Answer is too long

  5. Style is bad or offensive

  6. Other

NOTE: Selecting either of these feedback options doesn’t send us the document, question, or the answer.

Exporting the responses

  1. To export the responses, select the Export your questions and answers download.png icon and select one of the following options:

    • Export to Excel

    • Export to CSV

    • Export to Word

The questions and answers are downloaded to your selected location automatically in the selected format.

Displaying/hiding the document preview in the side panel

  1. To display the document preview in the side panel, select the Open the preview panel 2025-03-05_17-46-12.png icon. To close the document preview in the side panel, select the Close the preview panel 2025-03-05_17-46-38.png icon.
