After you've validated the answer, select the Good answer or Bad answer 10 Thumbs up and down icons.png icon to give us feedback about how Ask iManage did.

If you select the Bad answer icon, you're presented with a set of preset answers that give us more information about why the answer wasn't acceptable. These options are:

  1. Answer is incorrect

  2. Answer is incomplete

  3. Answer is too short

  4. Answer is too long

  5. Style is bad or offensive

  6. Other

NOTE: Selecting either of these feedback options doesn’t send us the document, question, or the answer.
