Installation of iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.2

  1. Verify that FileSite or DeskSite 9.3.4 or later were installed with the silent installation above.

  2. Log in with an Administrator account.

  3. Double-click iManageAgentServices.exe to install iManage Agent Services 10.2.1, which deploys a few key components required for the latest version of iManage Work Desktop for Windows.

  4. Double-click iManage Work Desktop for Windows.exe (this works for both x86 and x64 versions of Office).

  5. Accept the License terms and conditions.

  6. Select Install.

  7. Follow the installer prompts.
    iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.2.1 is installed.

  8. If you have installed FileSite, manually enable the FileSite Add-in in your Mail Setup-Outlook\Data Files.

NOTE:

To install iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.2 with FileSite or DeskSite 9.3.4 or later in a Citrix Farm environment:

  1. Install the 9.3.4 or later client. For more information, see the Silent Installation of FileSite or DeskSite 9.3.4 or Later section.

  2. Install the 10.2 client. For more information, see the Installing in Remote Desktop Session Host Environment section.
